SYDNEY STREETS returns on Harris Street next SATURDAY 23rd March from 11am. The is closing roads to cars and opening them to festivities, allowing and encouraging local businesses to take over the street for a day of community celebrations. There will be food stalls, live music and entertainment.

Chardonnay 2022 - A texture and full bodied Chardonnay with stone fruit and melon notes, malolactic fermentation and matured in French oak for 10 months.
Merlot-Malbec 2021 - the red fruited elegance of Merlot combines beautifully with the power and structure of Malbec and all its blackcurrant and cherry characters.

and IronBark Hill Vineyard lie at the foot of the Brokenback Range, in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country. Their 100 acre property, with 40 acres under vine, grows grapes for which the Hunter Valley is famous, including Chardonnay, Shiraz and Semillon, as well as niche varieties including Verdelho and Barbera. Our NEW favourite wines for spring!
Wheeler Wines is a small family run winery. They source fruit from top quality Yarra Valley growers that produce consistently high-quality fruit, allowing them to make delicious wines that reflect both site and season.
Sauvignon Blanc 2019 : Naturally fermented in both tank and French oak, thereโs lovely flavours of citrus, nectarine, pear and guava. While the use of oak has softened the palate and added savoury components to the wine, providing excellent depth and complexity.
East Hill Chardonnay 2020 : A different style to your usual Yarra Chardonnay, nuts and honey, saline too, a little spice, apple and melon. Itโs a gentle wine, kind of buttery and honeyed, but with balanced acidity, a glossy feel, but with a fine powdery texture, lemon curd and ginger, sizzled sage in butter, and a slightly chalky finish of good length.
Gamut (Merlot-Pinot Noir) 2021 : a thirst-quenching medium-weight juicy red, amazing slightly chilled!

ON TASTING this Friday from 5pm!!! Starlino's recipe was made by Denis Muni and Beppe Ronco - both have worked at Torino Distillati for over 20 years and are natives of the Piedmont Region. Having spent their careers making Vermouths and Aperitivos, they focused their attention on real innovation for The Hotel Starlinoโข Range. They came up with the idea of ageing the Rosso Vermouth in Bourbon barrels after observing that the cask ageing imported a deliciously smooth, spicy flavor to the wine. For the Rosรฉ and Arancione - they wanted to create a really fresh and natural flavor that mixed with tonic, soda, sparkling wine or was delicious on the rocks.
