We are a mixed business (Convenience Store & Newsagent) currently trading at Liverpool Public Hospital and soon to start trading at the new Campbelltown public hospital (new, safe, and one of NSW major public hospitals that have convenient public transport), we are offering a great, safe and a permanent job opportunity as per the following.
Retail Assistant (Permanent Part Time Position)
Job Description
• Receiving deliveries and checking invoices.
• Pricing goods, merchandising and re-stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders when required.
• Serving and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner.
• Advising customers on the location, selection, price, delivery, use and care of goods available from the store, with the aim of encouraging them to buy and to return to buy in the future.
• Participating in stocktaking.
• Operating registers and calculating change.
• Cleaning and maintaining store standards.
Applicants are to be:
• Able to serve customers buying NSW Lotteries products. (Preferred)
• Able to work weekends. (Must)
• Able to do morning shifts starting 6:00am specially Wednesdays and Thursdays. (Must)
• Have previous experience in retail. (Preferred)
