🍐 Orchard Negroni – Our take on a classic, with Baker’s Dozen Gin, house-made brown sugar pear liqueur, Amaro, and Regal Rogue Lively White. Rich, deep, and a little unexpected.⁠

❣️ Blueberry Gimlet – A velvety fusion of Summer Classic Gin, sage & blueberry cordial, super foam, mint, and spirulina drops. Smooth, herbaceous, and downright lush.⁠

🍏 Apple East Side – Crisp apple cordial meets Ocean Crest Vodka, cucumber, yuzu lime soda, and mint. Fresh, zesty, and dangerously drinkable.⁠

We're welcoming back Shani, a local Northern Beaches singer/songwriter and musician who has been playing live music in solo, duo and band settings in and around Sydney. ⁠

Shani is currently performing in a dynamic duo with her guitarist who accompanies her piano and vocals. With a degree in contemporary music from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Shani explores a wide variety of genres including well known covers + originals with creativity and joy. ⁠

Our first whisky, The Goofy Barrel Whisky, made it into The Australian Weekend Magazine last Saturday! Seeing something we’ve crafted from scratch land in a national mag is a pretty special moment.⁠
⁠
If you missed it, this is a world-first whisky made with leftover sourdough bread from our local bakery, aged for over three years in an American oak ex-bourbon barrel. Sustainability meets delicious flavour.⁠
⁠
This limited release won’t be around forever, grab a taste at the distillery or snag a bottle online. Once it’s gone, it’s gone! 🥃
