NEW IN STORE - Chur Brewing’s 2023 “Cheech & Chong Fresh Hops Hazy IPA”

"Ahhh... Fresh hop season; our favourite time of year! Blissfully frolicking through the hop fields of Nelson on a warm summer afternoon. As soon as the fresh Nelson Sauvin hops are harvested, they are sent directly to us and we get to brew the beer that very same day. We then dry hop this heavily with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin. A very limited edition; enjoy fresh hop season now, while it lasts. P.S. Dave’s not here man!" - Chur Brewing Company

Named after the founder of Vasse Felix, Tom Cullity, the 2015 vintage is regarded as one of the best. Awarded 96/100 by Christina Pickard of the Wine Enthusiast.

This premium bottling offers threads of graphite, currants, black olives, nori, tomato leaf and roasted green peppers. These flavors, along with spicy French oak, are tightly woven with fine chalky tannins. Power and elegance share the limelight, and linearity trumps roundness and richness. Cellar through 2039.

Come in and pickup a bottle of Hesketh Regional Selection Adelaide Hills Pinot 🍷 This luscious wine has lifted red fruits from strawberries to cherries and plum. Some savoury spice, earthy notes and hints of forest floor. The palate features crunchy, fresh natural acidity, elegant flavours of red cherry and cranberries which are supported by a fine-grained oak tannin structure and a long, persistent finish. It is perfumed, fine, savoury and elegant.

NEW IN STORE!! 🍷 Giant Steps Yarra Valley Pinot Noir.

From a low yielding year this is, perhaps, a touch more concentrated. It’s a beautifully balanced, perfumed and seductive wine. The beauty of this wine is that while it’s a great drink now, this will still be looking great 5 years from now.

While stocks last ‼️ We still have some of Aether Brewing Biscoff Porter GABS creation. The Biscoff Porter is rich and slick with a smooth vanilla aroma, perfectly paired with brown-sugar sweetness and savoury notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.

With a full body and rich Biscoff and creamy vanilla notes, it’s pure decadence. The Biscoff Porter can be served over ice cream – a little nod to the nostalgia of the “Spider” drinks of our youths. 👍

Just arrived is the 2015 Yalumba 'The Caley' Cabernet Shiraz. The 2015 marks the fourth release of this super wine and this blend is 74% Coonawarra Cabernet & 26% Barossa Shiraz. Winemaker Kevin Glastonbury regards the 2015 as a terrific vintage so head in-store and pick up your bottle and enjoy 🍷
