Hi all, we are closing the shop down over the weekend! We thank you all for your support over the last 8 months but unfortunately fortunately the shop does not cover costs and I can no longer tolerate the stuff that goes on behind the scenes either! The only reason we kept opening the doors each day was for you! The power issue has not been rectified yet either and the owner is trying to make it our issue of which it is not up to us!

Morning All,
The electricians report and recommendations has now been received! It has given the owners 10 business days to rectify the findings or it will be condemned!
So u fortunately we will be remaining closed and probably won’t be able to come back from this! Loosing all the stock in the shop and now loss of trade has hit us hard!
Will keep you all updated as we find out!

Morning all, we are out of hospital now, Harper is doing well and has some further investigations to happen! Should have the electrician report any moment now and a plan of action! Hoping to get to the shop later today to clean out the rest of the damaged stock and start cleaning everything in hopes of getting everything sorted over the next day or two! Wishful thinking! 🧐 insurance said it will only take 24hrs for funding if accepted!

Today we had to get an electrician out to view the issues with the power in the shop and energex was called out immediately to shut it down! There is some major power issues which need to be rectified by the owner of the complex before the doors will be opened again! I thank the electrician who we called greatly for his expert opinion and concerns for our welfare and safety as the what ifs are very scary and we are so very lucky!

Not such a good morning! We have come in to a majour loss as the air con has blown all our power and we have lost everything in our fridges and freezers! This shop has not been making enough money to cover rent and I am right now behind so I am over it! And the treatment from the owner and the s**t he has done is beyond a joke and this would have never of been allowed if we were two tenants and none of those tenants be related! I’m terribly sorry and thank everyone of you who have supported us!

Sorry all closing shop today as of right now as a storm has gone through my home and brought another tree down across my driveway and taken out my horses paddock so I need to get home and clear and fix damages before night or my horses and cattle escape! Thankyou and Sorry

Looking for a very casual staff member, preferably a junior who can do a few hours on a couple of afternoons per week! Someone willing to learn or has experience with coffee making, grills and fryers would be a major advantage!
Also needing that person to be able to handle working on their own for a few hours when required! Honest, respectful and reliable are the qualities we are looking for! Please inbox me if you know of someone who may be a perfect fit!

Morning kawana island, I was yesterday diagnosed with Covid but hoping to be at the last of it now! Tonight the shop will get a deep clean and Glen 20 bombs set off lol! Dakoda will be in tomorrow to open the shop from 6:30am! Thankyou all for your patience and understanding!

Good Afternoon and Happy lovers Day to all!
Question: I have been asked several times now to look into getting alcohol in for sale in as a micro add on with a very small selection of alcoholic beverages! Is this something a majority would be interested in and if so what would you like to see stocked? Keep in mind I have limited space and will only be able to keep a small variety of full bottles and some cartons! Thankyou for your input! And we also have a free standing commercial air conditioner we have purchased an should be instore tomorrow! 🤪

Hot day today!
Just a couple of updates! Over the coming months if I don’t find a suitable buyer I will be putting the shop up as a lease take over! This giving someone free range to turn it into whatever they choose as long as the building owner is happy with what they are wanting to do!
