Hopefully this is the beginning of the G Store 2.0! There have been a lot of questions from concerned Locals and we appreciate the concern so let us answer some of your questions. We own the sight and it’s necessary to develop the G Store and property as it’s currently not economically viable. Maintenance, energy consumption and our staff moving things more than should be necessary, plus due to the size we are unable to bring you all the things we want to make available. The development will take a year and we have plans to do a small store so the essentials are still there for everyone but when it’s done we will have our own market in sunshine with a wine bar and cellar. We live here too, and if we were to maximize the sight we would do something else, but this will hopefully just be another reason that it’s awesome to live in Sunshine.
