COVID-19 VIC LOCKDOWN CUSTOMER UPDATE: Dear valued OTR Customers, Following today’s announcement by the Victorian Government and the Department of Health, we want to provide assurance about the measures we are taking to protect our customers, our team and our community.

At OTR we are an essential service that will remain open across the Victorian lockdown and we are following the advice of the Government and Health authorities.

OTR businesses have always had great safety and hygiene standards across our sites, and we are reinforcing these and will ensure that all team members wear face masks as per current Government guidelines. We will support any team members who report any potential symptoms and assist them in going into self-isolation immediately and being tested for COVID-19 as per current Government guidelines.

Our thoughts are with everyone in the community at this time. We are all united in our commitment to get through this together.

WAYS TO HELP MINIMISE YOUR RISK
• Use hand sanitiser, which is available at all OTR sites
• Wear a face mask at all times when outside your home (masks are available to purchase in all OTR stores)
• Pay at the pump for your fuel
• Pre-order your essentials; and collect in-store or via our Drive Thru (where available)
• Make payment by card rather than cash as much as possible.

Our supply chain have increased deliveries to ensure our customers can continue to access the essentials, including high demand products such as face masks, sanitiser, toilet paper, tissues, paper towel, milk, bread, pasta and flour.

We are open and safe and will continue to monitor and react to this evolving situation.
