Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Sales/Cafe All-Rounder to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in both retail sales and café operations, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
🛍️ Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products in the retail area
🍔🍟Prepare and serve food and beverages in the café
👌👍Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries
🪣🧽Maintain cleanliness and organisation of both the retail and café areas
🛒📋Assist with inventory management and restocking items as needed

Qualifications:
😃👨‍🍳Previous experience in a retail and café environment is essential
☕️🫖Barista skills would be an advantage however not essential training can be provided for the right candidate
📝🛎️Strong communication and customer service skills
👥👤Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
🗓️📆Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
📱🧾Operating a POS system
🎊📚A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
🤐🤫Confidentially is a must and is very important to our business
