WHY + HOW?
Together, building operations and construction account for nearly 40% of global energy-related CO2 emissions. And just three materials – concrete, steel and aluminium – are responsible for 23% of total global emissions.

Steel framing is highly conductive to heat, so thermal breaks must be incorporated to prevent heat loss. But what is a thermal break, and where are they required when using steel framing? Remember hot day hot house , cold day cold home .Please refer to Thermal breaks Section 3.12.1.1 Code
