We are seeking an experienced Shop Assistant if you're looking for a job with a view! :)
The Shop Assistant will work a rotating roster across a 7-day per week operation, including weekend and public holiday work.
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
- Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
- Undertake preparation and cooking of food
- Assist in opening and closing of the shop
- Undertake general cleaning
- Process sales through computerised point of sale register
- Stock control
As this is a peak summer role, the successful candidates will have full availability for the months of December and January (including weekends and public holidays).
The successful applicants will be subject to the following:
Working With Children (WWC) clearance for paid employment
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be able to provide evidence of this

Bit windy today but still beautiful....
Just a short drive off the A1 Pacific Highway, is cradled between the inlet of Corindi River aligning Yuragir National Park and the Pacific ocean. Not only a great spot for camping, fishing, kayaking and boating but you will also see dolphins surf the waves, pelicans follow fishermen for their fishy treat, and a great variety of birdlife.
Red Rock Shop is open the whole long weekend....we ask for patience if you get caught behind our lolly connoisseurs, as spending 20 cents on lollies (unlike the old days) requires careful thought. A Happy and Safe Easter to Everyone and we look forward to seeing you and breaking the Easter record for Chips!!

Late Notice!!!! Red Rock Shop is holding a sausage sizzle tomorrow from 10am-2pm to raise money for Give Me 5 for Kids. This cause raises funds for local children's hospital wards. Being where we are on the Coffs Coast obviously the funds we raise will go towards Coffs Harbour Base Hospital Children's Ward for much needed equipment! All proceeds and donations are going straight to Give Me 5 for Kids charity. So come on down and grab a snag!

Congratulations Melody of Red Rock!! One very happy young one who promised to share her lollies with her sister. This will be our last guessing comp for the Red Rock Craft Group's Biggest Morning Tea. It's a $1 a guess...and she is an absolute beauty! So when you're in the shop, donate a dollar and have a go😁
Just let everyone know...Due to a planned power outage on Tuesday the 22nd of May the shop will be open from 8am-10am and will reopen at 3pm when power should be restored. Red Rock Craft Group are at it again!! They are holding their Biggest Morning Tea on Friday the 25th of May to raise some very worthwhile funds for the Cancer Council of NSW. To support these amazing ladies, Red Rock Shop will have a Lolly Jar Guessing Competition for the next three weeks with all monies raised going to the the Red Rock Craft Group for their Biggest Morning Tea.
Each week a new Lolly Jar will appear on the counter with the winner announced on Sunday's. This week's jar is 10 cents a guess....Who will be our first week's winner???
