Big @Onedropbrewing week with some absolute dandy’s dropping.
1. Locked On - Imperial Belgian Cherry Sour. On a base of wheat, spelt, barley, and rye they’ve combined three types of lactobacillus and let them work their magic over 3 weeks before fermenting out with a Belgian yeast on a blend of morello and sweet cherries.
2. Shiverman WCIPA Shiverman has a crooked plan to unleash the ultimate hoppy experience. This West Coast IPA is loaded with New Zealand Cascade and Talus hops, delivering a blast of citrus and pine flavours so fresh and crisp, you’ll feel alive as you drink it in. Don’t miss this chance to join Shiverman’s crooked plan and enjoy this easy drinking new-age WCIPA.
3. Ready or Not Hazy IPA. - This banger has been double-dry hopped it with a hearty combo of Citra®, Idaho 7, and Peacharine - a captivating new variety grown by Freestyle Hops.
4. Not Even - Hoppy Ale. - an ultra-modern Double Dry Hopped Hoppy Ale, is the brainchild of their first south-of-the-bridge collaboration with haze lords. @rangebrewing QLD. Pouring uber pale, with a deep haze, and an almost unfair amount of aroma popping off the top of this thing, you know you’re on a one-way ticket to hoppy town.
5. Bluebird - Cold Pale Ale. - Blue Bird is an American Pale Ale that blends tradition with innovation. A crisp pilsner malt base, touch of crystal rye, and a nouveau lager yeast create a unique canvas. Hopped generously with Citra, Superdelic, and NZH-104 for a cool blend of old-school and new-gen flavours in an easy-drinking can ya’ll.
6. Pressure Drop - Double Fruited Smoothie Sour - Pressure Drop is an absurd unit of a smoothie sour with a boatload of Aussie banana, strawberries, and blueberries rounded out with PNG Vanilla beans, and a double dose of Bega, NSW lactose.
All super limited and bound to put a smile on your dial.
Another big week for releases including three new ones from @rockyridgebrewing 1. Eagle Rock Extra Dry - The band is back together just in time for last weekends Local Beer Day 2024!The @rockyridgebrewing and @eaglebaybrewingco brew teams have mashed up the best of WA-grown and malted barley, blending Rocky Ridge’s Base malt from Kulin with Eagle Bay Munich malt from Mallokup. But that’s not enough they’ve also cranked up the Aussie vibes with an all-Australian hop bill that’ll make your taste buds sing.
2. Wet Hop Ace IPA Local legend Chris from South West Hops has delivered a killer Flinders harvest this year, so the Rocky team thought we’d put a fresh twist on the brewers favourite beer Ace! Wet Hop Ace – same great taste, with a fresh twist from those extra Flinders hops! Trust them, it’s a game-changer! Hands down, this is our best wet hop brew yet! Expect super fresh aromatic notes of melon and pine. It’s a taste sensation!
3. Wet Hop XPA Introducing the teams latest creation, an XPA based around SW HOPS Geegelup Gold hop variety with a sprinkling of their Flinders for depth. Expect a crisp light body with a silky-smooth finish from an addition of oats. Aromas of tropical fruit and citrus interplay with melon and freshly cut hay. The crew hand-picked these hops, and then carted them immediately back to Jindong (minus the essential bakery stop). This brew is as fresh as it gets!
A nice drop of @deedsbrewing new release this week they’ve also brought back the latest incarnation of an Easter favourite.
1. SPONSORED BY. Pale Ale A collaboration with there key suppliers Bluestone Yeast Co Bintani, Ellerslie, Freestyle Hops to name a few.
2. PEANUT BUTTER IMP STOUT. There’s nothing quite like the taste of chocolate and peanut butter layers on top each other Banging again.
3. YOUR WELCOME. Tropical NEIPA. What can we say… this is a tropical NEIPA bursting with notes of Passionfruit Melon and Citrus. Using Phantasm powder, made from Marlborough NZ Sauvignon Blanc gape skins. It unlocks strong tropical flavours another banger.
4. PANACEA Hazy IIPA. If we live only to discover beauty and all else is a form of waiting, have a beer while you do so. Dense branches of Citra leading from robust arms of Mosiac all the while laced together with vines of Nectaron. Each hop has its purpose and each purpose has its form.
