TAMBURLAINE | Sauvignon Blanc

Tamburlaine Preservative Free Sauvignon Blanc is pale in colour with aromas of tropical fruits, passionfruit and gooseberry followed by a fresh palate tasting of citrus and more tropical fruits.

It drinks well on its own but try with fresh oysters or steamed mussels. Drink now.

BYRNE FARM | Pinot Noir

2019 was the inaugural vintage for Byrne Farm wines in the cool climate region of Orange with the fruit being grown at approximately 900m above sea level.

Their Pinot Noir is a blend of Abel and 777 clones and was handpicked, with 15% whole bunch added.

PRINTHIE | Pinot Gris

Printhie Pinot Gris has a Nashi pear and a golden delicious apple flavour. The Palate is depth of flavour with softer acid and a nice roundness.

We suggest serving when it’s young and fresh, however it will gain some additional richness and palate weight with short to medium- term ( 3years) cellaring.
