We’re loving the Verduzzo this summer, with the flavour of stone fruit, tropical fruit and spice (and may have this one in our wine club summer collection 🤫).

It pairs beautifully with a range of dishes from seafood pasta and chicken, to light red meats, charcuterie and strong cheeses.

A perennial favourite, and one we wouldn’t be without in the cupboard.

The Quasimodo is just so easy to pull out for guests, easy drinking but has layers of flavour which means it goes as well with a cheese platter as a steak or pizza - medium bodied with bright fruit. It’s an absolute crowd pleaser.

A small family owned boutique vineyard located on the granite hills of Eldorado in North East Victoria, Mount Pilot Estate specialises in growing premium grapes to create wines of rare distinction.

These low yielding grapes grown on thin granite soils have ripe seeds and rich flavours when picked. The finished estate grown handcrafted wine has intense flavour, length complexity and is matured in french oak for two years to optimise the fruit and winemaking style.

This weeks bestseller! A premium, single vintage wine that reflects its origin in the granite soil and cool climate hills of Beechworth.

Sophisticated, bright and biscuity (I feel like I’m describing myself 🤣🤣🤣) - the Sophie’s Block Chardonnay will pair beautifully with a wide range of foods from spicy Asian style dishes, to creamy seafood, roast chicken or light curry.

Not sure about Chardonnay? This is the one to try before making up your mind.
