Just a quick note to say that tomorrow (Saturday) they’ll be closing the road through Belgrave for a festival, but Kallista will be open! Look out for alternative routes on display, or just consult your maps app for more lush ways to reach our lovely hamlet.

NEW to our fridges: pasta 🍝

Bring Italian cuisine to your table in minutes with this range of delicious new vegetarian pastas. With options like Cacio E Pepe Girasoli, Ricotta and Chanterelle Mushroom Cappellacci, and Mediterranean Eggplant Grandi Girasoli (the list goes on!), there’s a different flavour for almost every day of the week!

Simply boil for 4 to 5 minutes, and serve with melted butter, olive oil or your favourite sauce.

And because Jo doesn’t want you to get bored with only one wine to taste, you’ll also be able to sample the new vintage of her Heathcote Shiraz, plus a cellar sample of the carbonic Shiraz that will be bottled on Cup Day.
