Join us tomorrow for an in-store tasting with Jasper Button!
Years ago, siblings Jasper and Sophie Button returned to their family vineyard in the Basket Range of the Adelaide Hills. Planted mostly with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay by their mother.
They transitioned to organic and biodynamic farming and decided to make their own wine instead of selling their grapes. Jasperâs winemaking has put them at the forefront of the lo-fi Australian wine scene. Each release is more refined, pure, and reflects the familyâs hard work.
See you from 5pm.
* The shop and bar will operate as normal.

Itâs been a while since our last pop-up, and we are thrilled to announce the next one!
Our good friend Henry ( ) will be taking over our kitchen to cook us a Vietnamese-style feast. Everyone who knows Henry is familiar with his immense passion for Asian cooking, and we canât wait to see what he has in store for us!
As always with these events, weâll probably get a bit too excited and open some very special bottles to share. The shop and drinks will be running from midday, with food starting to leave the kitchen an hour later.

New Schnabel âïž
This gave us goosebumps when we tried it!
BlaufrĂ€nkisch grows on slate from their Koregg Vineyard, itâs pure and Mineral with great depth.
It could easily be the best red wine weâve had all year.
Yes, itâs not cheap, but it has that đ€Ż effect.

One of our best discoveries last year.
A rising star of the Rheinhessen. The combination of the Rheinhessenâs microclimate and its diversity of soils creates wines that are full of power and razor-sharp acidity. Itâs impressive how mature his wines taste after less than a handful of vintages in Germany. His sparkling wines are not far from the wines of Champagne, where he spent a great amount of time learning the art of making sparkling wines. His Chardonnay is already considered to be one of the best Chardonnays to come out of Germany.
Weâre very excited to have a small amount of Moritzâs wines at the shop and soon online.

ChĂąteau de BĂ©ru is one of our most anticipated releases each year!
AthĂ©naĂŻs and her family cultivate approximately 15 hectares of vines biodynamically in the heart of Chablis. Their wines are truly inspirational, full of life and finesse, and we couldnât recommend them highly enough.
Now available in limited quantities both in-store and online.

While Amy works her magic on the pizza ovens. .simmmmmo will keep the energy high and weâll ensure youâre never thirsty. As always, expect some very special bottles to be floating around.

Weâre stoked to have Mitch from Eleven Sons, one of Pepysâ best friends and a top winemaker, for our next wine party. Heâll be taking over the pouring list with his newly released wines. We got a sneak peek of Mitchâs new gear straight from the barrels and tanks a few months back, and trust us, itâs gonna knock your socks off!
Plus, weâre cooking up loads of tasty treats in the back and welcoming Herrera back to the SP dance floor.

Nicolas Joly is the godfather of biodynamics in SavenniÚres (Loire Valley). Everything here grows on schist soils. The most famous site is the Clos de la Coulée de Serrant, a seven-hectare monopoly
with its own appellation. Nicolas and his family produce some of the best and most sought-after Chenin Blanc in the world.
Three different cuvées are now available in limited quantities in-store and online.

You know the story - a kiwi guy who grew up in South Africa and and later on fell in love with a french women after working for her brotherâs vineyards in Roussillon, France.
Oh yeah, he also makes some of the best wines in Southern France.

Bruno Duchene is originally from the Loire Valley where he started a business as a wild mushroom distributor. While working in the Loire and in Burgundy, he was introduced to non-intervention wines. Shortly thereafter, Bruno started to work with a Burgundy legend - Fred Cossard. Today, Bruno produces stunning wines from his 4 hectares of vines which are located on the steep hills of Banyuls sur Mer.
Bruno's reds are made almost entirely from Grenache and are very fresh, silky and lively. His whites are textural, zippy and moreish!
We love his wines very much!
We've already drunk a few (soz!), so now we have even more limited stockâŠ
