TURN 8 LAKESIDE 🏁 Another large modular structure built using SPACECUBE's Build System for the F1 Australian Grand Prix. Three-levels high with 360 degree panoramic views of the racetrack, lake and city landscape, this hospitality facility was reused and reconfigured from the previous year's event.

The full suite of SPACECUBE products were used to create this structure which was onsite for the duration of the event, before it is flat-packed and repurposed for another use in another location. A huge thank you to the Australian Grand Prix Corporation for their ongoing support and belief in our system.

330 CLUB 🏁 Located on the main straight, 330 Club returned to the F1 Australian Grand Prix with an extra level of modular space! This large hospitality facility had the capacity to provide a number of innovative features within the structure. These included private commentary boxes, a seamlessly connected kitchen for catering by Atlantic Group and an internal accessible solutions elevator for easy access to the second floor, plus a super screen integrated on to the roof! Fantastic to work with Seeker Agency on this premium event structure.

SLIPSTREAM 🏁 One of our long-time favourites at the F1 Australian Grand Prix! Returning for its 4th year and always a fan favourite, this large hospitality facility has been built using SPACECUBE's Build System. This relocatable and reconfigurable modular structure is positioned on a narrow piece of land between Albert Park lake and the track. It has incredible views of the city landscape and lake from its open-rooftop terrace, whilst catching all the action on Turn 10! Beautifully fit out with furniture by Valiant Events - Styling & Hire.

Using SPACECUBE's Build System, the fan zone was designed to offer an unforgettable experience for fans before, during, and after games, enhancing their loyalty and deepening the connection with their team. SPACECUBE was excited to be involved in this innovative QuickServe store for AiFi at this year's Australian Open. This pop-up oasis at the Australian Open offered a seamless blend of convenience and comfort, featuring a QuickServe automatic convenience store. The highlight of this project was AiFi's new innovative technology allowing tennis fans to purchase snacks and drinks without ever scanning a barcode or visiting a cashier. The QuickServe store, sponsored by Mastercard, resembles other concession stands at stadiums and sporting events. But instead of traditional turnstiles and checkouts, it utilises monitoring technology from American scale-up AiFi that is capable of automatically tracking customers and their purchases.

Working with Tennis Australia and their incredible team behind the Australian Open is truly an honor. This prestigious event is one of Australia's most celebrated and sophisticated international showcases. Our partnership, which has thrived for over a decade, continues to evolve and break new ground with innovative modular event infrastructure.

This year, SPACECUBE's Build System has been instrumental in crafting a variety of operational facilities. From a sprawling multi-level broadcasting hub, now in its fourth year of use, to food and beverage outlets, retail shops, merchandise stands, ticketing areas, first aid and sensory rooms, and information booths, our structures are seamlessly integrated throughout the event precinct. After the tournament, these facilities are efficiently flat-packed, relocated, and repurposed for future events.

Shout out to our amazing crew and project team who have installed over 5,000sqm of SPACECUBE’s modular building system, a temporary infrastructure solution embraced by our longtime clients and partners of the @ausgp 🏗️ The team have spent the last four weeks installing ten multi-storey and single level modular temporary structures, which will be used for hospitality facilities, brand activations and broadcasting throughout this week’s event. Working with the Tasmanian Walking Company team on this tourism accommodation project has been a fantastic experience. SPACECUBE custom designed and fabricated three Adaptable Living modules which have been transported to their Three Capes Adventure Walk site in Tasmania. Installed in just one day, the modular communal space at Cresent Bay Camp was prefabricated allowing for quicker delivery of the modules and significantly reducing time, costs and disruption on-site. The reusability aspect of SPACECUBE’s modular components meant that each module could be prefabricated, quickly deployed, installed, and then removed and reconfigured for its next project at a new location.
