Where are you going to find a wine named ‘Mother’s Milk’, only in Australia.
Not a sledgehammer style, this Barossa Shiraz is made for drinking! Soft, slurpy and textured it is balanced with good acidity, which refreshes the palate and makes you go back for a second / third glass. The wine is matured sur lie for 12 months in 3 and 4 year old French oak hogsheads.

No Winemaker in the history of Western Australia has contributed more to the state's wine industry than Jack Mann.His creative genius influenced a remarkable 51 consecutive vintages at Houghton, with his life's work culminating in an MBE in recognition of his achievements and dedication to Western Australian wine industry. Jack's greatest individual creation was Houghton White Burgundy in 1937.In honour if Jack, Houghton produces a full bodied, powerful, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Houghton Jack Mann is simply the very best of Western Australia, a wine that echoes Jack's own belief that wines should be "resplendent with generosity".

New Italian Variety!

1. Rocca Delle Macìe Vernaiolo Chianti —-Lively ruby red, savory and fruity with traces of ripe red fruit. Fresh, balanced and full bodied.
2. Caldora Montepulciano —-This Caldora Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is medium ruby in color with aromas of red fruits and spices. On the palate it has rich blackberry and plum flavors, soft tannin, low acidity and a long easy finish.
3. Caldora Pinot Grigio —-Aromas of pineapple, green apple and lime. Medium-bodied, crisp and zesty taste. Best pairing with cheese platter.
4. Caldora Sangiovese —- Intense and persistent, fruity (strawberry and black cherry) with a winy note and wood flavour. Medium body, good tannins and well-balanced.
