In the past, we have been lucky to know directly and indirectly the great restaurants of France and their chefs who together, with the Sommelier involve themselves in the search

for great wines and great spirits. As often is the case for wine, great spirits are made and raised by small producers, imparting personality and diversity to the end product. We have gained access to their products which are in all good restaurants and bars in France, who do not carry many commercials, and for many years now, we are supplying them to the good restaurants and bars of Australia, who know us well. Accordingly in Australia the great majority of good restaurants, a fairly large gastronomic elite, relish their authenticity of age and maturation, the specificity of characters related to precise origin, their astonishing and lasting beauty compared to commercial stereotypes. A masterpiece for the connoisseurs 🥃

This limited-edition calvados is a 19-year-old Pays d’Auge calvados aged 5 months in Springbank whisky barrels. Only 2,130 bottles were produced worldwide. The result is a complex calvados with a balance of apple and smoky whisky notes. It also has aromas of plum and clafouti, with toasted notes and a peaty finish.
