Here's something special. Bremley Vineyard burst onto the scene last year when they claimed top honour at Australia’s premier competition, the Pinot Noir Challenge. This hard-to-come-by vineyard began as a small, distinguished Chardonnay vineyard whose fruit was secured by Penfolds for their top Yattarna Chardonnay. Now these beautiful, single vineyard wines are made by Tasmanian winemaking superstar Anna Pooley (of Pooley Wine fame) and Justin Bubb... and what a discovery they are!

Three exhilirating Louis Michel Grand Cru Chablis arrive in store today. There is a balance between that quintessentially beautiful elegance of Grand Cru Chablis and the dry, at times warm 2022 vintage showing in these wines. It has brought approachability forward. Les Clos is the most famous of all Grand Crus, making very powerful, mineral expressions. Vaudesir Grand Cru is full, round and profoundly long with a slaty minerality. Finally, wines from the tiny Grenouilles Grand Cru are only rarely tasted and this one is chiselled and sleeky. Don't miss these special wines.

We were disappointed to learn that there will be no 2023 Sorrenberg Chardonnay offered to market this year. This was due to the smallest yield the winery ever had on record. Sad news! As a glorious silver lining to this however, Sorrenberg have brought forward the release of their other exemplary white and just in time for the festive season! This wine has been touted as one of Australia's 'best white wines' and more than adequately fills the gap!
