We're excited to be offering the Neisson Rhum range here at Casa de Vinos ⛵️

Since 1931, Neisson has been distilling sugar cane grown in the rich volcanic soils located near Mount Pelée. The regions unique environment contributes to the sugarcane's quality, directly impacting the rum's flavour profile.

Grown and distilled in Martinique, French rum can be picked by its unique spelling of "Rhum".

The Neisson Agricole Blanc is best served over ice, or in one of our famous Casa de Vinos daquiris!

We’ve just opened this Ballechin ahead of our upcoming Whisky Tasting Night, and it is absolutely stunning! Hats off to the LMDW team for another outstanding bottling.

Ballechin is now in its 22nd year of production at the Edradour Distillery (Scotland’s Little Gem) and consistently delivers high peat levels with a beautifully integrated distillery spirit and its destined barrel.

This is one of the best we have tried in quite some time—savoury peat interacting beautifully with vanilla and toasted nuts from the bourbon barrel.

With fewer than six bottles left in Australia, be sure to join us for the upcoming tasting event or secure one online to experience this gem at home.

Every year since 2011, La Maison du Whisky has launched a collection of exceptional Single Casks from a variety of popular Scottish distilleries. This year is no exception!

This years bottles display the works of Victor Ekpuk, a visual artist from Nigeria known for his distinctive abstract colour creations.

With over 200 tasting bottles open in store customers get the rare opportunity to sample exclusive whisky. With plenty of full bottles on the shelf people have the opportunity to take them home as well. Under the watchful eye of Jose our tasting events have become a hit in the Melbourne whisky scene and at least once a month we transform our shop in to a tasting hall. Our goal is create an informative and relaxed atmosphere for everyone from beginners to the most seasoned spirit pros.
