The Bitter Truth Cucumber Bitters

The Bitter Truth Cucumber Bitters offer new ways of mixing your favorite spirit by adding unadulterated flavours of green cucumber to your mixed drink – no matter which season is up. Maidenii Yuzu Vermouth

A fresh vermouth inspired by the magical citrus of Japan, citrus Juno, known as yuzu and cultivated in Victoria. The base wine is greco from Heathcote grown on Cambrian soil, fermented in amphora and matured for 12 months in the same sandstone jar. A selection of 8 botanicals including wormwood makes the aromatic profile taking you to a summer aperitif, to have neat or with soda.

We have a bottle open and pouring until it runs out, so swing by for a sample!
