Cape Jaffa Epic Drop Shiraz
There is a great deal of faith in the ability of the cooler wine region of Mount Benson and rich red soils of Wrattonbully to consistently deliver elegant and stylish Shiraz. Vibrant aromas of plum, black cherry and spice. Wonderful richness on the palate, held together by a well knitted oak profile.
Louis Jadot Chablis
Chablis is located in the northern part of Burgundy, halfway between Dijon and Paris. Made of 100% Chardonnay, the whole vinification and aging took place in stainless steel vats to preserve fruit and freshness. This is a lipid, bright and fresh wine. Best to be served chilled.

Chalk Hill Alpha Crucis Titan Shiraz
The fruit was sourced from four McLaren Vale vineyards ranging in age from 30 to 55 years. Each parcel of fruit was harvested and handled separately. After fermenting on skins for 10 days, the fruit was transferred to a combination of new, second- and third-use French oak barrels, of which 15% were new. It spent 15 months in barrel prior to blending.
Aromas of Dark cherries, plum, spice, perfume, flowers and dark chocolate. One mouthful delivers a complex wine with wonderful red and dark fruit flavours combining with spice, dark chocolate and a hint of coffee. The finish is long and smooth. A beautifully balanced shiraz.

Charles Melton Kirsche Shiraz Cabernet
Deep delicious colour. Bright crimson. Highly perfumed upon first look. A very lifted sweet noes, but again as is always the case with this block, the Cabernet (34%) component is highly assertive. A very smooth round palate, with lovely plush mid palate weight. Again strongly varietal flavours evident on the palate.

Tyrrell's Vineyard Belford Chardonnay
The nose shows complex, sweet chardonnay fruit and a hint of oak. The palate is balanced between primary fruit flavours and secondary flavours derived from the minimal solids ferment and extended yeast lees contact, the result of which is the complex texture and mouth feel of this wine.

Crawford River Young Vines Riesling
Delicate citrus flowers and lime zest lead this youthful wine. Only at the beginning of a long life, it shows fresh white stone fruit and chalky texture on the rounded palate. Clean, taut acidity balance the wine and contribute to its very good persistent length.
Born Spanish Rose is an expressive wine with notes of citrus and tropical fruit on a floral and fresh background of aromatic herbs. It is characterized by a pleasant, mellow and balanced entrance in the mouth.

Garnet with orange accents, the nose is heavily perfumed with crushed violet and rose, the palate vigorous with cherry, terracotta and anise. Firm but delicate acid and tannin provide the expected structure; the finish long, lifted and persistent.
Roberto Sarotto Barbera D Asti
Ageing in large oak cask and in the bottle are the secrets of this classic wine with a surprisingly modern style. Characterized by a winey nose of raspberries and violets, this wine has an elegant and well-balanced taste, a great body and a considerably long finish. To be enjoyed throughout a meal and especially with delicate roasts and hard texture cheeses.
Charles Melton La Belle Mere GSM
Gentle floral musky/quince nose with a dusting of toasty oak sitting lightly alongside. A soft plump mid palate with a touch of traditional Barossa ripeness and some Christmas cake spice and dark fruits. A finish of rounded tannins and smoky sweet fruit. Will richen and build with a few years in the cellar.
Robin Brockett Swinburn Pinot Noir
"Robin Brockett is chief winemaker at Scotchmans Hill, a position he has held for over 30 years, making consistently very good wines through the ebbs and flows of climate. In 2013 he took the first steps towards the realisation of a 35-year dream of making and selling wines under his own label.
The vinification is identical in all respects to Fenwick, but the flavours, texture and mouthfeel all headed down a more complex/savoury path."

Reillys Clare Valley Shiraz

Domaine Bousquet Malbec
Packed with effusive notes of blackberry, damson and cassis overlain with a subtle hint of spice. An aromatic note of floral violet adds to its heady charm. Gloriously ripe with with a lively freshness and vigour. Excellent structure and persistence. Brilliant with steak and strong cheese.

The is a fresh, lively, Pinot Gris that has floral, citrus and stone fruit flavours. Mosselini Estate is relatively new on the scene after selling its fruits to larger labels for years, it has recently decided to make wine under its own label.

Merriworth Estate Riesling
This wine exhibits delicate citrus and jasmine aromas. The textured palette presents a full mouthfeel of sweet apple, lime and balanced acidity. A wine to be enjoyed on a sunny day, and complimented well by your favourite seafood.
Groiss Gruner Veltiner
100% Grüner Veltliner from calcareous loess and ferruginous soils. Selectively hand harvested at the end of October by hand in several steps. Six hours' maceration on the skins. Gently pressed without stems and fermented with a combination of vineyard and neutral yeasts. Aged on the full lees in stainless steel tank till bottling in February 2019.
Mt Duneed Estate Yarra Valley Chardonnay
Fresh pear, citrus blossom and smoky oak aromas coexist on the restrained and elegant bouquet. The palate is taut and energetic with tangy acidity and a harmonious flinty mineral finish.
