Grey Goose Vodka Tomato Martini 🍸️🍅
2 oz Grey Goose Vodka
4 pureed & strained cherry tomatoes
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
A pinch of sea salt
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Ice
Pulse the cherry tomatoes a few times until it forms a pulpy puree. Strain the puree through a very fine mesh strainer or a less fine one lined with a double layer of cheesecloth. Store in the fridge if not using immediately.
For the martini, pour the Grey Goose Vodka, dry vermouth, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve immediately.
