Well, catering is officially up and running... first official catering job done and dusted and went wonderfully well. Looking forward to 2011. Hope you can join in the 'Che Vita Bella' fun. Afterall, it really is a beautiful life!!! Cheers :)

Well we are officially open!!! Got through the first days nicely, already booked our first function and now planning our new dinner menu to be ready for next Friday night. 'Che Vita Bella' is at 523 High St Preston. If passing by, stop in and say hi!

Well the next big step has been stepped. I've bought a restaurant and am now getting ready to open. Exciting times ahead for sure with lots of hard work, but well worth it. Will keep you all informed :)
