After 10 years of trading in Adelaide, we have sadly come to the end of the road for our retail outlets. We will be closing our Holden Hill store at the end of January. We will be trading until Saturday Jan 20, 2024 and may be available for the few days leading up to Australia Day.

This has been a difficult decision, but unfortunately the property owners wanted us to re-sign a lease and with the imminent ban on va**ng products, that was impossible for us to do.

It has been my absolute privilege to be part of the journey for so many people who made the decision to quit smoking. The support of our many customers over the years has been humbling.

I have had the pleasure to work with some of the loveliest and best people in retail. Our staff has been nothing short of exemplary and I wish them all the best for their futures.

Our online operations will continue for as long as we're able to trade, so you will still be able to shop with us through our website. Orders $75 and above have free shipping.
We will continue to provide updates through Facebook.

Again, thank you for supporting us. A decade is a pretty good run and it couldn't have been achieved without you. ☺️

We are still waiting to know exactly when and how the move to ban va**ng outside of the prescription model will be enacted. While the Labor Government hopes to have it done by March, there are a few steps that need to happen before then, including a transition period. In the meantime talks and advocacy continue and we will try to look after our customers as best we can.

Happy Easter from The V**e Store!

We'll be closed a bit over the upcoming long weekend. Our online crew are still shipping out orders today and tomorrow, and will resume shipping on Tuesday the 19th. Our Holden Hill store is open normal hours today and tomorrow, and again on Saturday from noon to 4pm, with regular hours resuming on Tuesday the 19th.

First of all we’d like to say thank you to all of our customers in Melbourne for supporting our Collingwood store over the last two years.

As with many businesses, COVID has posed various challenges for us over the course of the last year. Some of these have been difficult and some of them have ended up being blessings in disguise.

One of those challenges was an increase in our online business, and we recently came to the point where we were forced to look for a larger premises and a more efficient way of processing these orders.

As of today, our Collingwood warehouse has moved to a new location. Unfortunately this means that our storefront on Smith Street has closed, but we remain committed to providing an in-person service to our local customers, and therefore our Click & Collect service is still available from our new address between the hours of 9am to 2pm Monday through Friday.

We are looking forward to being able to serve our customers all across Australia from our new location, and want to assure everyone that nothing has changed in our online operations.
