Hi everyone and Gin lovers, we have finally got our first Gin paddle up and running.

Thanks to our friends Marcel and Kirsty from we are ready to go.

A selection of 4 great Gins, served with tonic water, lime and crushed ice.

After 2 weeks of Chablis, we thought it’s time to head south. This weeks we’re going with a Tasmanian Riesling. Chartley 2014 Riesling was voted best of this variety. Now 10 years on, it’s still vibrant showing typical lime and floral characters. Very limited so get in early $25 per glass. 🥂🥂
