TROY WHEELER COMES TO PUBLIC!!
Hi friends. Public has turned 3 this year so we're having a BBQ on Sunday 13/10 and one of the most loved people in our industry, Troy Wheeler (), is coming to cook.
Needing little introduction, Troy is a highly distinguished butcher, the co-owner of and a recently published author.
This is going to be an outrageous day. Troy will be setting up his custom built grill from and cooking over the coals in the courtyard so you can very readily expect dishes that we've never cooked before at Public.
If items like smoked lardo on toast, lampredotto, charcoal chicken and STEAK sound like a good time, bookings can be via the website or the link in the bio.
This will be an a la carte menu so you can really settle in and have seconds if you're in the mood.
We'll of course be pouring some very nice wine from magnum over the day and popping a few releases from the cellar in the fridge. It really is promising to be a great, great day for wine.
Records for the day will be selected by our long time collaborators Ari and Billy-Jean and team from Fitzroy's very fine who have contributed so much to Public over the last few years.
We're very, very excited about this - join us for will be an especially glorious Spring party.
