Productive Meeting with Chinese Businesses – Limoncello Contessa Expanding into the Asian Market

On Sunday, we held a strategic and highly productive meeting with representatives from major Chinese companies interested in introducing Limoncello Contessa to the Asian market.

During the meeting, we had the opportunity to present our product: an artisanal limoncello produced in Australia following a traditional Italian recipe, made with organic lemons, high-quality alcohol, and a 36% alcohol content. The combination of authentic Italian heritage and local Australian production generated strong interest among the participants.

Key discussion points included:

Export opportunities to mainland China and Hong Kong, starting with a pilot phase.

Customized packaging to align with local aesthetic preferences while maintaining the premium Italian brand identity.

Collaborations with high-end Italian restaurants and gourmet stores.

Marketing and promotional strategies through tastings and events.

Logistics analysis and import requirements.

The meeting ended with enthusiasm and concrete prospects: in the coming months, we will launch a pilot phase and develop a structured commercial partnership.
