🎒🍕 Back to school just got tastier with these Pizza Muffins! 🧁

✨ Quick, easy, and totally customisable, they’re perfect for lunchboxes or after-school snacks. Packed with cheesy goodness, these savoury muffins will have kids and adults coming back for more. 🧀🍍

Ingredients (Makes 9 muffins):
2 cups Black and Gold self-raising flour
1/2 tsp bi-carb soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Black and Gold sour cream
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 tbsp pizza sauce, plus extra for topping
2 cups grated cheddar, plus extra for topping
Sliced ham and canned pineapple for topping

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan forced.
2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, bi-carb, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, sour cream, garlic, and 3 tbsp pizza sauce. Combine with the dry ingredients.
4. Stir in the cheese to form a thick, even batter.
5. Line a muffin tray with cases and fill each two-thirds full.
6. Top with extra pizza sauce, ham, pineapple, and a sprinkle of cheese.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.

❄️🍰 Sweeten up your New Year’s Eve celebrations with Mini Frozen Cheesecakes!

These bite-sized treats are loaded with OREO goodness, creamy Philadelphia filling, and a hint of Cadbury chocolate magic. Perfect for parties or midnight snacking – they’re as fun to make as they are to eat!

Ingredients:
• 2 x 128g pack OREO original cookies
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 2 x 250g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups caster sugar
• 2 cups thickened cream, whipped
• 2 ½ tsp gelatine powder dissolved in 2 tbsp water
• 200g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate Chips

To Decorate:
• 30g CADBURY FLAKE bar, crumbled
• Whipped cream
• Fresh raspberries

Method:
1️⃣ Line a 20cm x 20cm slice tin with plastic wrap.
2️⃣ Crush 1 pack of OREO cookies into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into the base. Chill.
3️⃣ Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream and dissolved gelatine.
4️⃣ Add choc chips, pour over the prepared base, and freeze for 2 hours until set.
5️⃣ Cut into rounds with a 5cm cutter. Decorate with whipped cream, OREO cookies, CADBURY FLAKE, and fresh raspberries.

🎄✨ Make your Christmas feast unforgettable with this Easy Peach & Honey Glazed Ham! 🍑🍯

A sticky-sweet glaze made with Capilano Pure Honey and peaches will have your guests coming back for seconds (and thirds!). Ready in just under 2 hours, it’s the perfect centrepiece for your festive table.

Ingredients:

1 bone-in half leg ham, skinned and scored
Glaze:

500g tinned peaches (drained)
250g Capilano Pure Honey
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp ground cloves

Method:
1️⃣ Combine all glaze ingredients in a medium pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce and simmer for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Cool slightly, blend until smooth, and separate 1/3 for serving.
3️⃣ Preheat oven to 150°C (fan-forced), line a tray with foil, and bake the ham for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Glaze the ham generously, repeating every 15–20 minutes for about 1.5 hours or until caramelised.
5️⃣ Serve with extra glaze and your favourite sides.
