A convenience store that offers a large variety to the public including a sub newsagency, scratch-its, gift cards and wrap, to a dry cleaning service, and deli lines including a selection of cold meats to fresh fruit and vegetables. A variety of home cooking is also available including hot meals, to home made cakes biscuits and slices.

2 Miniature Train public runs this school holidays!!!!

That’s right. Both Wednesdays during the school holidays we are opening up the tracks and rolling out the trains!!!

Dates - 18th and 25th of September
Times - 10am till 2pm
Cost - gold coin donation per ride
Requirements- closed in shoes must be worn to ride.

We would love to see all the family come down to Muller Park at Ooralea for what hopes to be a fun day of playing trains. Tag your friends to spread the word of this fantastic event.

Father’s Day public run!!!!

That’s right, our volunteer Dads are dusting off the locos and giving you the chance to bring Dad, Step Dad, Grandad or any father figure in your life down to Muller Park at Ooralea to ride the trains. Bring some chairs or a picnic blanket and enjoy the beautiful sunshine Mackay has to offer. It’s only a gold coin donation per person to ride and all you need is closed in shoes. We fire up the trains at 10am and will finish running at 2pm. It’s a great day out and a chance to have some fun no matter what your age.

We hope to see you all there supporting our non for profit club!! 🚂🚂. Happy Father’s Day!!!!

Miniature Trains are on again this Sunday. Open to all ages young and old. You’re never too old to play trains so pack the picnic blanket, chairs and some snacks and head down to Muller Park at Ooralea. We start running at 10am for 4 hours of non stop rides. We only ask for a gold coin donation to ride and closed in shoes must be worn.

Come and meet the team that has been the backbone of putting smiles on the faces in Mackay for years. We need your support to keep our little club running.

Don’t forget we also do private hire in Saturdays for 2 hours blocks. You get a train and driver for your party for only $100. 🚂🚂🚂
