WHISKEY TASTINGS WITH AT ETTALONG AND LONG JETTY!
As some of you may have seen, the Central Coast has its very own whiskey distillery tucked in the beautiful Yarramalong Valley, and we have been VERY impressed by what they’ve been creating. We thought it would be a great idea to get them in store to let you whiskey lovers taste through what they’ve been cooking up!
Tickets are online for both stores now, so grab em while they’re hot.

New vintages from are now in store and online!
We’ve got their ‘22 Athletico Macedon Pinot which is full of vibrant red fruits, carried by some excellent structure and acid. Their new ‘21 Viñero Pinot is built to last! Concentrated fruit, savoury complexity thanks to some whole bunch, and some guts thanks to a little new oak. Silky and delicious, and will get even better in time! The 2013 sparkling was split into 3 releases, with each spending longer aging on lees. First disgorged at 5 years, then at 8 years, and this final bottling at 10 years. Showing incredible freshness for its age, with some autolytic brioche stuff, and fun structure. YUM!

Two store favourite Pinot Noirs, made by a store favourite winemaker ;)
There’s a reason these two wines are always flying off the shelf. Not only are they excellent value, but they’re just so damn delicious! Disco serves as a great expression of silky smooth Pinot from Adelaide Hills, whereas Azurescens is a slightly warmer climate take from Murray Darling with more emphasis on juicy red fruits. In store and online!

Jessop Wines Masterclass! Brothers Matthew and Chris Jessop of will be in store at Ettalong showcasing their delicious wine crafted from fruit grown in Orange. Chris works incredibly well with cool climate growing grapes, thanks to his experience working in Germany and Central Otago. Not only will you be able to taste wine from their current releases, but there will be some sneak peaks at some things to come. These wines are some of our favourite in the shop right now, so get your tickets fast before we sell all the spots!
There will also be a discount on their wine on the night.

The incredible will be in our Ettalong store NEXT WEEK showing off their gin lineup!
Finders Head Distiller Kyle Ford will be running the night, and speaking about why their gin is some of the best in Australia right now. Come along to taste some delicious gin and find out the best ways to use them in cocktails, straight from the source!

Low alc deliciousness! Never had Piquette? Now’s your time to try it! This new vintage from is made from Grenache skins fermented on rainwater, creating a fruit driven and lightly sparkling piquette that sits under 2 standard drinks for the whole bottle! Delicious and gluggable ;-)

Fresh in from !
These guys are all about natural farming and minimal intervention winemaking, with a focus on terroir expression. Working with a vineyard planted in 1978, they’re able to make some fun and expressive wines including these three that just hit our stores! A little fun, a little serious, all round delicious.

We were lucky enough to find ourselves on site at Horner Wines vineyard in the hunter earlier this week, tasting through all their current (and future) vintages! We couldn’t help but leave with a few cases of our faves, including their Picpoul, Verdelho and their new unconventional blend MVP (Marsanne, Viognier, Picpoul) which is delicious! All in store now!

New vintages of a few store faves are in! New Geologie Riesling and She’s a Rainbow Chardonnay are finally back and have hit shelves this week! New Beast Malbec is right around the corner as well, this vintage leaning a little more in the direction of classic Argentinian Malbec! All available online now!
