It’s this handsome fellas last Friday behind the counter for a while so be sure to pop your head in and enjoy some banter with Chris.
It’s certainly not goodbye, that would be unthinkable. You’ll see him every now and then, just on the other side of the counter keeping me company.
Sharing beer and tales is always the best part of what I do for a living but to be able to share that space with one of your best buds makes it just that little bit sweeter.

We’ve got something a little bit special on tap from
‘Blond Beehive’ was first brewed in collaboration with the Belgian embassy in 2022 and it made a return in 2024 this time collaborating with the Gold Coast Beekeepers Association with monies donated to help keep bee populations in the region healthy and happy.
Think soft body, a little spice and a touch of honey sweetness. Perfect golden hour summer supper.
You won’t find this anywhere else in Lismore or close by so come in and have a taste pronto.

We had the good fortune to catch up with Rupert at yesterday while we dropped in to pick up some stock. Thank you to Aaron and Rupert for the tasters (including the sneak peak off the tank) and the chat about the beer industry and the challenges of satisfying the ever changing taste and wants of customers.
