It is a privilege to be able to work along side our family members each and every day. We may not be a complete unit of five each and every day however we are so fortunate to be a part of our communities and this special group of Australians.
Family businesses play an integral role in our social fabric and economy, accounting for 70% of all Australian businesses, 50% of the workforce, and generate an estimated $4.3 trillion in wealth.
Beyond their economic contributions, family businesses have a deep-rooted commitment to giving back and supporting the communities where they operate. They sponsor local sports teams, build community infrastructure, and establish foundations.
