We’ve found an excellent use for all our fennel…just in time for afternoon drinks, pre dinner drinks, post dinner drinks.
Served over ice, and a fennel frond to finish it off, it’s the perfect “nearly summer” beverage.
It’s one of the feature aperitivos on our new list, along with some classics that are a testament to how we like to drink.

Skull island prawn, basque pepper sauce. Best enjoyed with a glass of white, under the courtyard vines. Lunch at 12.

Our cellar has received a spring clean…just in time for your Christmas presents!
We have assembled cases and 1/2 cases of some cracking wines, a mystery box if you will, just in time for Christmas gift giving…or drinking - we don’t judge.
1/2 case $175, full case $350. Local and internationals, a mix of red and white. They are ready to go to their new homes and we are ready to drink the wines taking their place!
