The Club Hotel Kingaroy is excited to welcome new team members as we reopen our bar! We’re seeking friendly and motivated Casual Bar Staff to join us in providing a fantastic experience for our patrons.

About the Role:
As part of our bar team, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. While bar duties will be your main focus, previous experience or training in kitchen/food service is highly regarded and may open opportunities for additional responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:
A positive and professional attitude with a focus on great customer service.

Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends.

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or the ability to obtain one.

Previous kitchen or food service experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Join our team as a superstar Bottle shop Attendant and Drive-Thru Attendant for our Kingaroy sites! This exciting opportunity offers a casual position, with the potential for full-time hours for the ideal candidate.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve assisting customers with their purchases, managing stock levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bottleshop and drive-thru facilities.
The position requires flexibility, as evening and weekend shifts will be part of the regular schedule. If you thrive in a dynamic workplace and enjoy engaging with customers, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and
approachable attitude.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bottleshop and drive-thru areas.
- Assisting with stock management, including restocking shelves
and checking inventory levels.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including
responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
