Here's a simple and easy recipe:
1. Pour 50ml Malibu Original, 75ml Pineapple juice & 25ml Coconut cream into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake, pour and enjoy!

HOT TIP: Make sure you’re only ever an arm’s length away from a Baileys Cocktail 🍫

Ingredients
100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
100ml strong hot coffee
20g chopped chocolate
2tbsp soft brown sugar
60g lady finger biscuits
120g mascarpone
Cocoa powder, chocolate coffee beans and chocolate flakes to garnish

Directions
1. Mix the hot coffee with the sugar and chocolate until smooth, then leave aside to cool.
2. Blend the Baileys and biscuit crumbs with four ice cubes in a blender or smoothie maker until smooth.
3. Put the mascarpone in a bowl, add about a third of the Baileys mixture and mix together with a little balloon whisk until smooth. Fold in the rest with a spoon.
4. Pour the coffee mixture into two martini cocktail glasses, then spoon over the Baileys mascarpone mix. Dust with the cocoa powder then sprinkle over coffee beans, chocolate flakes and curls.

INGREDIENTS
35 ml Jack Daniel's Old No. 7®
15 ml Coffee liqueur
Cola

INSTRUCTIONS
1. 3/4 fill a rocks glass with cubed ice
2. Pour Old No.7 over ice
3. Add remaining ingredients
4. Stir gently
5. Add cherry to garnish
