The event will take place on May 25th at 6:30pm, and promises to be a delightful evening filled with good company, 3 course matched dinner, 7 delicious beers and delectable cuisine, and, of course, fantastic beer.

Hosted by none other than Paul Holgate himself, this beer dinner will feature a sumptuous three-course meal, expertly paired with seven different Holgate beers, each chosen to complement and enhance the flavors of the dishes. You'll get the opportunity to learn more about the brewing process and the unique characteristics of each brew from Paul Holgate himself!

Get your NEDs limited edition whiskey to celebrate the Bathurst Supercars race this weekend! Each whiskey barrel was matured inside the NED sensory container in Melbourne to the recordings of Dave and Lee's laps at Bathurst.

The NED container is a custom-made sound space which allows the roar of a V8 engine to be blasted 24 hours a day. at the barrels, concentrating the sound and vibration of the engine noise into the entire floor. This allows more transference of the sound into the whisky!
