Feeling inspired by those viral Spudman videos? Here are three easy methods to make them yourself at home! 🥔🧈🧀

Ingredients:
Medium-sized potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Optional toppings: butter, cheese, sour cream, baked beans, tuna, or whatever your heart desires!

Instructions:
Wash and dry your potatoes.
Pierce them several times with a fork.
Rub each potato with olive oil and season with salt.

1️⃣ Oven-Baked Jacket Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake for about 50-60 minutes until the skin is crispy and the inside is soft.
To check if they're done, insert a knife into the center; it should glide through easily.

2️⃣ Air Fryer Jacket Potatoes
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for about 35-40 minutes at 200°C, flipping halfway through until the skin is crispy and the insides are tender.
Check for doneness by inserting a knife into the center; it should slide in easily.

3️⃣ Microwave Jacket Potatoes (Quick Method):
Microwave the potatoes on high for 5 minutes. Turn them over and microwave for another 5 minutes.
Check if they're cooked through by piercing with a knife. If not, continue microwaving in 1-minute increments until tender.
Once cooked, slice open the potatoes and fluff the insides with a fork.

Serve hot and add your desired toppings like butter, grated cheese, bacon bits, or chopped herbs.
