To say this was a stratospheric night would be an understatement.

Dom Perignon 1998 P2 - insanely fresh, like it was bottled yesterday. Cheers Andrew!
Salon 2013 - words can’t describe how epic this Champagne was!
Ulysse Colin Le Jardin - for all you lovers of funky champagne, you need this bottle in your life. A must try for all grower Champagne enthusiasts.
Dauvissat-Camus 2014 Grand Cru Les Preuses Chablis - if you like your wines reductive (I’m looking at you Chris Catlow) then this is for you!
Domaine Bonneau du Martray 2019 Corton-Charlemagne - thanks for sharing Kepp!
One of the holy grails. A must try for all Chardonnay aficionados!

Domaine Rousseau 2012 Clos St Jacques Premier Cru - Jack this was stratospheric and can definitely stick it to the Grand Crus.

Close to wine of the night for me, this was spectacular!
Domaine Rousseau 1995 Mazy-Chambertin Grand Cru - there was much debate about this wine. Sorry Nick but there was cork taint.
Domaine Rousseau 2008 Chambertin Grand Cru - Ping, thank you for sharing this monumental wine, a holy grail and a wine I’ll never forget!

Sato 2012 Pinot Noir.
Located in Central Otago, New Zealand.
Only 1170 bottles produced.
Elegant and light on the palate, super easy drinking.
This was rocking!
Enjoyed in Grassl Glass Cru.

The winery is located in Barossa Valley, South Australia.
This is the Little Wine #13.
It’s a multi vintage blend comprising of 2023 (27%), 2022 (36%), 2021 (19%), 2020 (7%), 2019 (6%), 2018 (2%), 2017 (1%), 2016 (1%) & 2015 (1%).
6348 bottles were produced of this epic Shiraz!

Le Serre Nuove 2016.
This is the second wine of the famed Ornellaia.
Not to be underestimated, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
Situated in Bolgheri, the winery is utterly incredible!

One word - Stratospheric.
Cork was in pristine condition.
45 minutes in the decanter and it was singing!
