Dom Perignon 1998 P2 - insanely fresh, like it was bottled yesterday. Cheers Andrew!
Salon 2013 - words can’t describe how epic this Champagne was!
Ulysse Colin Le Jardin - for all you lovers of funky champagne, you need this bottle in your life. A must try for all grower Champagne enthusiasts.
Dauvissat-Camus 2014 Grand Cru Les Preuses Chablis - if you like your wines reductive (I’m looking at you Chris Catlow) then this is for you!
Domaine Bonneau du Martray 2019 Corton-Charlemagne - thanks for sharing Kepp!
One of the holy grails. A must try for all Chardonnay aficionados!

Domaine Rousseau 2012 Clos St Jacques Premier Cru - Jack this was stratospheric and can definitely stick it to the Grand Crus.

Close to wine of the night for me, this was spectacular!
Domaine Rousseau 1995 Mazy-Chambertin Grand Cru - there was much debate about this wine. Sorry Nick but there was cork taint.
Domaine Rousseau 2008 Chambertin Grand Cru - Ping, thank you for sharing this monumental wine, a holy grail and a wine I’ll never forget!
