We’ve managed to get our hands on a very limited number of bottles of the always elusive Trappist Westvleteran 12. (Limited to One Bottle Per Customer, Instore Pickup Only. Any Customer Holds Must Be Picked Up Within 7 Days).

“This Trappist, also referred to as the Flemish Burgundy, has a dark amber colour, a stable, strong lacing and a white head. Westvleteren 12 is a masterpiece in its complexity but wonderful in its simplicity. The exquisite smooth taste of caramel and chocolate goes perfectly well with the sweet raisin and nutty notes in the aroma. Together with the firm alcohol percentage, it results in a pleasant full-bodied, long-lasting and warm aftertaste.”

Locally grown Vic Secret hops deliver juicy pineapple, zesty citrus, and a hint of pine. This hazy, refreshing brew will keep you coming back for more. The secret’s out—get it while it lasts!

🍈 Clayton Double IPA
Crafted with hops from NZ’s hop-growing heartland, this brew shines with tropical notes of lychee and passionfruit, balanced by herbal undertones and a crisp finish. Nelson Sauvin Amplifire and Mosaic Cryo team up for a bold, unforgettable DIPA.

Mountain Culture’s latest creation, Echo Chamber NEIPA, is here to shake things up!

“Our innovation team has stepped out of the echo chamber to explore bold new ingredients and techniques for this experimental NEIPA. The goal? To push the boundaries of hop oil conversion during fermentation, amplifying haze and enhancing the citrus flavours in a hop-forward blend of Mosaic, Citra, Centennial, Motueka, and Southern Cross.
We’ve ramped up the whirlpool hop addition, selecting varieties rich in the specific oils we’re targeting for maximum impact during fermentation. To top it off, we’re using a cutting-edge hybrid yeast strain designed to boost biotransformation and bring out even more flavour intensity.”

Oldfield Cellars had a fantastic night at the 2024 Retail Drinks Industry Awards last night.
With a record, 532 stores from across Australia vying for the top spot of Liquor Store of the Year, only the top 50 finalists were invited to attend - and we were thrilled to be among them. Sadly, we didn't take the crown, but we did make it into the Top 10 Finalists.

Two epic brews from New England Brewing Co. have just landed, and they’re ready to take your taste buds on a wild ride.

Hitsuji - “Hitsuji is about as premium as we go! Using drylands single origin Tachiminori rice from Northern NSW, this Japanese style lager has light fruity floral hints in a smooth body, before a classic dry, crisp finish.”

Smalltowner - “Smalltowner is a big hazy with a raised level of whirlpool hops compared to our other hazy releases. This gives the beer a bit more of a first fruity whack on the pallet and balances the large rich malt bill. Late Harvest New Zealand Nelson Sauvin has delivered the zesty and punchy nectars while Vic Secret and Citra come through with tropical citrus.”

One Drop’s Latest Lineup Has Landed!

Blood Moon: A bold, fruited sour packed with Blood Orange, Plum, and Cherry. Softly sour, super fruity, and vibrant.

Dreamland: Florida Weisse vibes turned up to 305. Passionfruit, mandarin, mango, and coconut water bring the tropical punch.

Think Again: A collab with GROSS Brewing, blending banana, mango, coconut, and vanilla. Creamy, dreamy, and Michelin-star worthy.

Lookaway: Pineapple, feijoa, gooseberries, coconut water, and a hint of sea salt. Fruity and refreshing.

Westside Bounce: Cali IPA collab with South O Brewing. Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, and HBC 394 hops = crisp, hoppy perfection.

Hyper IPA - “If we’re going to brew a DDH IPA with our longtime mates over the border in QLD, Range Brewing, of course we’re going to use our favourite hype hops: Citra, Rakau and Peacherine. Together, it’s like we’ve absolutely raided the fruit aisles of QLD and NSW for the freshest, peachiest, apricotiest haze bomb with a sweet citrus backbone.”

Superradiance - “Light up your life with some Superradiance.
This new conceptual NEIPA is designed to display a radiant bright yellow body, with amplified tropical, citrus and stone fruit flavours.
The carefully selected, perfectly on theme hops, which have fallen into the pull of the fermenting beer and perfectly synchronised, create something greater than the sum of its parts.
Mosaic beams intense notes of blueberry and mango, while El Dorado adds a spark of pineapple juice, and short, sharp additions of Australian Galaxy hops provide bursts of passion fruit and peach.
