Step into a world of bold flavors and vibrant vibes with Delirium Beers from Brouwerij Huyghe! Grab a bottle (or two) and let the pink elephants guide you to an unforgettable beer experience.

Delirium Red - “Deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries. Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.”

Delirium Tremens - “pale blond, the fine and regular sparkling ensures a fine and stable head. Slightly malty, a nice touch of alcohol, spicy. Feels like the sound shot of alcohol is igniting the mouth. In reality the tongue and palate are warmed. The taste is characterized by its roundness. The aftertaste is strong, long-lasting and dry bitter.”

Delirium Nocturnum - “Dark brown-red. A compact white-yellow, stable and lacing head. Touches of caramel, mocha and chocolate. Spices such as liquorice and coriander are also present. Initially, a very good mouthfeel of alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and sweet.“

Big Steppa - “A German Pilsner brewed by employing a Hochkurz Step Mash - a first for us - alongside traditional German malts, Bohemian hop cones, and a crisp water profile, all held together by the star yeast, a German Bavarian strain from the legends at Mogwau Yeast Labs. Expect a soft and bready maltiness with a pronounced hop character and a crisp, refreshing finish. It’s a big step in the right direction. Huzzah!”

SoCool - “Socool is another Cali IPA that keeps things easy breezy. A simple and subtle base of pilsner and chit malt steps aside to allow the main star of the show - the hops - to pop and shine through unadulterated. Brewed with a neutral and high-attenuating yeast strain, we reckon this is one of the easiest ways to drink in the best of what fresh NZ Cascade, Mosaic, and Vic Secret hops have to offer. It’s chill. It’s Socool.”

Lesssgo - “A punchy tartness, full-bodied creaminess, and rockin’ fruit-filled goodness? Lesssgo! Straight from our pilot program and cranked up to eleven, we’ve amped up our Florida Weisse base with banana, coconut, lactose, and the little nutty, slightly sweet, super vibrant purple ube yam. A touch of Crema di Vanilla ties this wild ride together. Like a piña colada from the edge of the galaxy, this cream tube will have you rocking out in flavourtown. Lesssgo!”

Make Waves - “Make Waves is a new IPA championing a brand new cultivar flown directly from the Yakima Valley, HBC1019 cv. In rubbing and brewing trials, this hop has displayed a complex and potent mix of citrus, tropical, peach, and honeydew melon character. Cool. Naturally, we’ve used this in combination with Freestyle Motueka™, NZ Superdelic™, and US Citra® hops, along with an addition of thiol-rich Phantasm™, and fermented out with our in-house hazy yeast strain. Another evolution in our journey of exploring the modern India Pale Ale.”

Four Seasons Winter 2024 - “Ring in the depths of winter with our secondFour Seasons release for 2024! This series is a yearly project that brews four different expressions of a common parent style (in this case, IPA) using the same bill of malts and hops, adjusting only proportions and amounts. Winter is marked by a persistent chill and short, grey days. This Triple Black IPA echoes the long, dark nights while packing a comforting roastiness and warming ABV, wrapping around you like a cozy blanket.“

Witching Hour - “Deep, rich, and robust, Witching Hour is a beguiling beast that will envelop your senses and lead you into the dark, unending night. Heaps of roasted malts with a portion of wheat and rye in the mash deliver a complex malt backbone, arriving at 9% ABV for an unapologetic delivery.“

BBA White Stout 2024 - “Lightly matured in ex-bourbon casks, our 2024 Bourbon Barrel-Aged White Stout is a simultaneous walk through the darkness and the light. Roasty notes of coffee and rich, toffee-laden malts punctuate a decadent vanilla backdrop.”

Lose My Cool - “A new, topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that’s received our full lactose-heavy Pastry-Laden treatment. Starting with an oat-heavy base and a touch of wheat for a full body, we’ve double-soured it with our house lacto culture. Then, we’ve added a brain-melting amount of fresh cherry juice, guava and strawberry purée, and dragon fruit pulp, rounding it out with stainless conditioning on white and pink marshmallows.”

Wipe Me Down - “Our lactose-heavy kettle-sour base has received an all-out Liquid Cream™ treatment, with bucketloads of fresh fruit added just before canning. Australian boysenberry juice, with banana and raspberry purée, lay the foundation for lashings of vanilla ice cream powder, lemon meringue whips, and coconut crème. And what’s that? A kiss of Canadian maple syrup, you say?”

Wynwood Hood - “A step-mashed tart wheat beer inspired by the traditional Berliner Weisse, but with a vibrant and tropical twist. In true OD fashion, we’ve cranked the whole thing right up to 305. Full Up - “A new pastry-laden Imperial Stout made with our pals at Altitude Brewing in Queenstown, New Zealand.What we conjured up is a deliciously lactose-heavy foundation of over nine types of specialty malts, juxtaposed by light and fluffy chocolate-coated marshmallows sitting on a shortcake biscuit base.
