Miami Booze Traders is a boutique pre batch cocktail company based on the Gold Coast When something is created out of necessity, it inherently has a purpose.

It fills a gap or solves a problem you didn’t realize you had. Once it exists, you can't imagine life without it. This is the essence of Miami Booze Traders. Born from the need to fill a market gap, Miami Booze Traders was envisioned by Emma Milikins, the creative force behind Miami Marketta, a cultural cornerstone on the Gold Coast since 2011. ster artistic growth, and inspire others to embrace their creativity. Miami Marketta stands as the Gold Coast's leading grassroots arts, music, and cultural hub. Family-owned and operated, it’s a space created by artists for artists, spanning from music to culinary arts. Long before the pandemic and the surge of pre-batched cocktails, Miami Marketta was already a pioneer in this field. Since 2016, we've been pre-batching cocktails out of necessity to serve over 300 drinks in a four-hour period, reduce waste, and recycle bottles. This trend isn’t new to us; what’s new is giving it a name and an identity: as we continue through the art of necessity our portfolio expands. In 2023, we welcomed sommelier and seasoned hospitality operator Jiri Kazda. With Jiri’s expertise, Miami Booze Traders has naturally expanded from cocktails to spirits, continuing our journey in spirit curation. Jiri crafts ultimate taste profiles that take your senses on an unforgettable journey with every sip. No business can thrive without passion and expertise. Our head distiller, Italian-born Mycol Cavalieri, brings a world of experience in mixology and a deep passion for creativity to Miami Booze Traders. Now residing in Australia, Mycol travels the globe, sharing his skill and inspiring others with his innovative spirit.
