The only 4 words you need to know tonight: Kahlúa Coffee Ice Cream. Recipe 👇🏼
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Kahlúa coffee liqueur
2 cups of whipping cream
2 cups of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of espresso powder
How to:
1. Add the cream into a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
2. Add the condensed milk and whip it into the cream.
3. Add the espresso powder and Kahlúa, and stir until thoroughly mixed.
4. Freeze overnight in a freezer-friendly container (preferably with a cover).
5. Scoop and enjoy either by itself, or as part of your favorite dessert!

Gordon Ramsay’s Italian Collection, created in partnership with winemaker Alberto Antonini, launched into the UK market in November 2021 with great success.
Now, the range of three Italian blends (Bianco, Rosato and Rosso) has been made available outside of the UK for the first time.
According to Gordon, his Italian Collection combines his own passion for wine with “the heart and soul of Italian winemaking”.
“When it came to launching my own wine range, it was very important to set the same standards and quality as I expect in my restaurants.” he said.
