Here is a very nice video about home made miso soup, which we would like to share with you.
Basically, there are only 3 easy steps you need to follow.
1. Firstly, getting your the soup base “Dashi” ready in boiling. You can either make you own, or pick up Dashi powder packs from our shop.
2. Putting the ingredients(e.g. tofu, seafoods, mushrooms, seaweeds, veggies, etc.) into your Dashi and cook them for few mintines
3. And finally dissolve your favour miso paste into the soup. Then, your homemade miso soup will be ready to serve!
