A reminder of our opening times next week and over the Easter period.

Prowine Production will be closed from Monday 25th March 2024 to Tuesday 2nd April 2024 for the Easter Weekend.

All other departments will be open from Monday 25th to Thursday 28th, then closed for Easter. Full operations will recommence on Tuesday 2nd April.

Introducing our custom-designed, German quality stainless steel VC tanks to ensure optimal care and effective bottling of small premium wine parcels.

With our continued focus on providing premium wine handling solutions for our customers, we have worked closely with Spiedel on a design to effectively manage small premium wine parcels.

These tanks have a low racking valve to enable effective run-up and circulation through filtration of even the smallest single barrel parcels, whilst a central drain sump and valve at the lowest point ensures optimal emptying during the bottling process. The tanks are manufactured using high quality sturdy stainless steel that ensure the floating lid fits perfectly and seals well.

We attended the 2023 CCL Label Clare Valley Wine Show luncheon on Friday. According to the judging panel, the red wines reached a new level of quality, not seen before in the region. This year’s show attracted 40 exhibitors, with submissions of 458 entries across 24 classes. A total of 304 medals were awarded, including 43 Gold.

Our Production and Warehouse will be closed on Friday, September 29th for the Labour Day long weekend. We will also be closed on Monday, October 2nd, for the Public Holiday. We will resume operations on Tuesday, October 3rd.

This machine provides a consistent rate of wax application and has the ability to apply a stamp with customer tooling. Born out of circumstance and eternal optimism, Prowine commenced operation in mid-December of 2004. Another contract bottling operation in a landscape that looked like it already had enough options. We however didn’t merely want to follow what already was, we had visions of offering a service and facility that we believed and hoped would eventually set the standard.
