Looking for the perfect school holiday snack? These Chocolate Rice Crackles are a crowd-pleaser! 🍫 Kids love them, and they're so easy to make - ideal for holiday fun in the kitchen 🥳

What you'll need!

4 cups Kellogg's Rice Bubbles
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut
250g copha, chopped (or coconut oil to make everything stick)
3 Tbsp cocoa
Paper cupcake liners - or baking paper

Instructions

1️⃣ Mix Rice Bubbles, icing sugar, cocoa, and coconut in a bowl.
2️⃣ Melt copha (or coconut oil) on low heat, cool slightly, then stir into the mix until combined.
3️⃣ Spoon into paper cases and chill until set.

For a festive touch, drizzle with white chocolate, garnish with spearmint leaves, and top with green and red M&Ms 🎄

Impress your guests this season with a classic Aussie Trifle, layered with jam rolls, creamy custard, fresh fruit, and raspberry jelly! 🇦🇺🍓 This crowd-pleasing dessert is as beautiful as it is delicious. Here’s how to make it

Ingredients

2 packs (85g each) raspberry jelly crystals
2 packs mini jam sponge rolls, sliced
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup sweet sherry (optional)
1 can (825g) peach slices
500ml vanilla custard
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup fresh raspberries
600ml thickened cream
2 tsp icing sugar
2 passionfruit
Instructions

Prepare the Jelly: Dissolve each jelly pack in 1 cup boiling water; add 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate until just set (1.5 hours).

Layer the Trifle: Arrange jam rolls around the bowl sides and base, drizzle with half the orange juice mixture. Add a layer of jelly, peaches, and custard.

Repeat Layers: Add more jam rolls, remaining orange juice, jelly, peaches, custard, strawberries, and raspberries. Cover and chill for 3 hours.

Top & Serve: Whip cream with icing sugar until peaks form, then layer on trifle. Finish with passionfruit drizzle.
