As we get closer to the government mandate coming into effect from January 31st please read up on the following information on the WA Government post below before heading into store.

Please note that our team members are only following the government’s instructions, we will endeavour to make this transition as smoothly as we can, we hope we can all get through this with understanding and kindness.

Proof of vaccination requirements will expand from Monday, January 31, to apply to venues and events state-wide for those aged 16 years and older.

Acceptable proof of vaccination includes:
✅ the ServiceWA app, the WA Government's free, convenient and secure mobile application to show proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations
✅ your COVID-19 digital certificate from myGov or the Express Plus Medicare mobile app
✅ your certificate stored in a smartphone wallet
✅ a hardcopy of your certificate
✅ a digital or hardcopy of your immunisation history statement.

Vaccination certificates that are accepted by the Australian Government for travel into Australia will also be accepted at businesses and venues in WA.

An additional form of supporting identification is needed if the proof of vaccination is not stored in:
🔵 The ServiceWA app
🔵 Express Plus Medicare app

If you are unable to receive a COVID-19 vaccine for a medical reason, a doctor will update your record on the Australian Immunisation Register to show that you have a medical exemption.

You can then show proof of your medical exemption when entering a business or venue.

• TEQUILA Vs MEZCAL •

What makes a Tequila?

Well to put it simply to be called Tequila it needs check of a few must have items first

First up it can only be made by the Blue Agave plant ( there is over 200 agave species )

Second it can only be produced in 5 areas of Mexico
Jalisco (makes 99% & home to the town Tequila) Guanajuanto, Michoacan, Tamaulipas & Nayarit. These 5 areas are known as the Denomination of Origin Tequila (DOT)

So Whats the difference between a Tequila and a Mezcal you ask??????

Mezcal can be made by more then 50 species of agave, and be produced in over 9 different regions in Mexico. Its also made by roasting the agave hearts in a underground pit for 4 days. Thus giving it its notorious smokey notes.

• PLANTATION RUM ORIGINAL DARK •

One for the rum fans!

The essence of Plantation Rum Original Dark is the wealth of its palate and technique of double ageing. It comprises the elegant Rums of Trinidad which are distilled then aged in their tropical climate in the Caribbean in American oak barrels under high heat before travelling to France.

Once in Europe, the House cellar master decides on less high esters for the Trinidadian rum and blends in old rums from Jamaica (15 - 20 yrs.) This end result adapts beautifully to classic dark rum cocktails.

With many awards to its name its no surprise it took out Double Gold Medal - San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2018!

This is a fantastic choice for cocktails or for those who enjoy a nice sipping rum to warm up from the inside out this winter 🔥

FRIDAY NIGHT VIBES + KOYOMI SHOCHU ||

A classic Honkaku (authentic) shochu, Koyomi Shochu is produced using Japanese methods and brought to you by the master distillers at Beam Suntory in Japan.

Single distilled from barley and koji, this shochu retains its unique flavour which means that you can enjoy it straight up, over ice or the Japanese way as a Chu-Hi (shochu highball).

The sweet aroma and taste makes this a must try with fatty or fried foods, so tonight we are pairing ours with our local pizza!
