Kicking off the new year in style, let us introduce XPA-Lidocious! 🍻 At its core, it's an IPA, yet we’ve made it with our approach to XPA's in mind. This brew is extra pale with a refreshingly mild bitterness yet is bursting with hoppy goodness! Weighing in at 6.2% ABV, it surprises you with moreish refreshment! It's already available at select retailers on tap and in can, so be sure to look for it. 👀

We had mad fun whipping up a brew for this year's Carwyn Canvent Calendar! If you're popping open that day #7 delight, say hello to a Belgian Blonde that clocks in at 8.3% with a cheeky hint of orange peel. It’s delightfully punchy but still easy on the palate. Ideal for cooling off while heating things up on this fiery Saturday! Happy holidays, you cheeky devils!" 😈

Gosh, has it already been 8 years? We’re commemorating nearly a decade since we first launched our beer creations from the remote ghost town of Cornella. From our humble beginnings as a tiny brewery to our growth into something a bit more substantial, we’ve navigated the ups and downs of the last eight years. While everyone knows we love traditional beers, we’ve also been making hazy juice just as long as anyone else.

To celebrate this milestone, we've released a beer called "Hazeful 8" Hazy IIPA. Appropriately, it features 8 of the finest hops and boasts an ABV of 8%. It’s already making its way to some of our favourite retailers and can also be found on our website.

Pick some up for yourself help and raise a glass to what's to come.

Hey folks! This Sunday, we’re hanging out with the awesome crew at Smoke n Roast Bendigo for a chill afternoon filled with tasty eats, refreshing drinks, and some nice sunshine! 🌞🌮🍺 They’ve got some killer Birria and Al Pastor tacos along with loaded BBQ platters, and we’ll be serving up our favourite beers, wines and spritzers on the deck.⁠

We’re teaming up again with Handle Bar after an epic BOTH Festival to bring you a new happy hour special. On Thursdays and Fridays from 4-7pm, grab a $10 pint of our Hazy Hour pale ale!

We believe good, affordable beer is a human right, and that’s why we’ve put in the effort to make this happen. It’s more than just a deal—it’s how things ought to be. Fest is best!

It's that time special time of year again. A new batch of Festbier is now available at retailers, bars and our cellar door. This beer shines in a lovely shade of gold, crafted in accordance with the German purity regulations. It offers an explosion of floral spices thanks to the Mittelfrüh hops sourced from Germany. Be sure to seek it out to enjoy the season, both in stores and online. Additionally, you can catch us at various Oktoberfest pop-up events this year at Rich River Golf Club and OMG BBQ Australia.

And that’s a wrap on another unforgettable BOTH! After some tidying up and recovery today, we’ll be back to brewing tomorrow. Huge congrats to the Bendigo Beer team for pulling off another stellar festival. Big thanks to Clem and the Handle Bar team for making us feel right at home! 🍻✨

We had a blast pouring our Roxanne Red IPA and soaking up the good vibes with fellow beer lovers. Cheers to new and old friends for a great day! Can’t wait to do it all over again! 🙌❤️

Two of the shuttle buses will be stopping at the barn this long weekend!
We will be the last stop for both - save the best for last they say 😜

You will be greeted with a huge selection of beers & wines all made on-site. Thats if you can make it past the toasty outdoor fires and the top quality live bands that are playing from 1pm-4pm!

We have a feeling that you won't want to leave.. lucky we have 7 cabins available (get in quick!). Alternatively park up your caravan or even pitch a tent!

Biere de Garde ~ Oak-Aged French Sparkling Ale Ooh La La, we go fancy! To compliment the Parisian spirit in Bendigo, along with the Paris Art Exhibition @bendigoartgallery, we have made this elegant Farmhouse Ale. She is malty, she is crisp and she is artsy. Served in a 750ml bottle on ice, and shared amongst La Crew.

Our Story

Cornella Brewery is a microbrewery based at The Shiraz Republic, a family-run vineyard making boutique wines and craft beers in the Heathcote Wine Region. Established in 2016, our beers are hand-crafted from grain to bottle by Matt & Spencer in a shed adjacent to our winery.

Using modern craft brewing techniques, you’ll find an everchanging variety of beers available on tap at our cellar door or at selected bars and bottle shops. We make beers aimed at and in between the interesting and accessible ends of the craft beer spectrum.

Our cellar door and tap room is open every day from 10AM – 6PM for tasting and sales. We have up to 10 of our beers on tap as well as more in bottles. Enjoy a view of The Shiraz Republic’s vineyard, enjoy a pizza and relax out in the sunshine or inside our barrel room. We also have both an indoor and outdoor pool table, free to enjoy.
