I told you it wasn’t “goodbye it’s cya later”

As this page have a lot of mums on here, I’ll be using our old business page to reach out.

Who’s ready? I am.

As a mother, the Boatfalls shop gave me so much confidence and I meet some amazing mums who were either doing it tough or just wanted to catch up with other mums, sit and relax while their child played with other children.. bitter sweet right?

Since we have an empty space now,
Within the next few weeks (just let me gather my crap together after this heart breaking closure of our slice of heaven) I’ll be reaching out to all mummas who would love to catch up either every week or every fortnight to come and use our grassed area and kids play area to catch up with other mums and enjoy a picnic and to just relax and mingle with other mums like we use to (but this time I can cause I’m not working now 😜)

You can knock me down 8 but I’ll get up 10.

A huge thank you to everyone over the last 3 days who have came and said their final hooray with us at our amazing slice of heaven.
We truly are blessed with the most amazing customers and community and we will be forever thankful for everyone who walked through our doors, to everyone who supported us since day one & to everyone who made us feel so welcomed.
We are going to miss all you guys, all the smiles, the laughs, just bloody everything.
We are so proud of ourselves for doing this and to help the community come together.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who gave us flowers and thank you cards.
A HUGE thank you to our girls kylie and Laura for being such a good vibe to our team.
A HUGE thank you to NAN! This woman is a super woman! 70 years of age and still gets s**t done! You’ve been a huge backbone to this shop.
A HUGE thank you to the most amazing two women who kindly volunteered to help us today in the shop knowing how busy we’ve been the last two days - Sarah and trac
And especially Eli who rounded up the dishes and looked after Ollie the puppy for us while it was crazily busy.
A HUGE thank you to all our customers we seriously can’t stop saying thank you to all you beautiful customers.. we are so content knowing we’ve made so many friends for life now.

What a bitter sweet moment this is,
The last day of Boatfalls treasures and what a beautiful day to celebrate that with both mum & I.

Lots of tears will be shed id say,
But we can’t thank you all enough for the best year and half a business could ask for!

We’ve had many ups and downs and loads to tackle through this year and half but we’ve always came out stronger and better.

We will be open till 5pm or until all our food has finally gone.
Coffee will still be Available when food has gone.

Well the time has come… 💔

To all our dear customers and all those who have came through our doors of Boatfalls treasures and constantly supported us we wanna say a huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts,

But unfortunately we can’t comply with council rules and regulations and we have to shut our doors.

We have loved meeting all the regular customers and new customers that have supported us each and everyday.

This shop was our little slice of heaven and it meant the world to us, both Mum & I are extremely sad and heart broken.

We will continue to trade up until Friday 1st
And we will be open till 5pm.

All things will be sold off half price.

Day light savings start very soon, who’s keen?
We know we are! Longer days with family and friends.

We are looking for opinions, as you all know we love involving our customers in majority of what we do.

So! once day light savings hits, we have two options below for new times.
We can either stay our normal hours,
Or we can trade the new two times!
(Poll in the next status, won’t let me add poll as it’s to long)

We are also a family so myself and my mum will be having Saturdays off.
In saying that we are on the look out for an eager young person for every Saturday. whos reliable, willing to learn and will get in and have a go and of course who’s bubbly, fun & outgoing. Job will be mainly be doing the till, dishes, running coffee and food out & having a chat with our customers.. this could also lead to if willing to learn, making coffee.

WOW… can we just say from the bottoms of our hearts, THANK YOU!

We are beyond thankful to see all our regular customers and new customers today.. 🥺

It brought a huge smile to mine and mums face to see everyone come through our doors after what seemed to be nearly an end chapter for us because of the effect the bridge had on our business.

BUT we stuck it out, NOT FOR US BUT FOR YOU GUYS! WE LOVE YOU ALL & WE ARE SO BEYOND BLESSED.

We are open tomorrow back to our normal hours 9-2 Saturday / 9-1 Sunday.
DOnt forget it’s ”BRIDGE OPENING SPECIAL”
Purchase a cake or tart and get 1 small free coffee per family.
