Position: Team Leader
Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as required
Type: Permanent Part-Time, 30+ hours per week
Shifts: 6am starts - Ability to set your own schedule that fits with the stores needs.

-Lead and manage a small team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
-Oversee day-to-day retail or customer service activities, ensuring exceptional service standards.
-Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
-Maintain a positive, fun, and collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements:
-Proven experience in team leadership or small team management.
-Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
-A demonstrated history of long-term commitment to roles and employers.
-Experience with Lotto operations or retail lottery sales is a plus.
-A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
-Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
-A positive attitude with a passion for teamwork and customer service.

Ideal Candidate:
This role would be particularly well-suited to someone with previous leadership experience who enjoys working independently and as part of a team. A more mature candidate who brings a wealth of experience and a stable work history would be highly valued.
