CHEF IN RESIDENCE! Next week we welcome into the kitchen for an 8-week pop-up while our head chef Aidan takes some parental leave.

Born and bred in Canberra, Reece completed his apprenticeship at Biota in Bowral and worked at before heading over to the UK. Most recently, Reece was part of kitchen team at in East London.

Reece has developed a brand new menu for us and we're super excited for you to try it this Spring. 👨‍🍳🌸🐖🌿👨‍🍼
